These steps or Milestones we pass, insure that we, and our customer, are covered by the building integrity that leads to a long life for your home. From design to application, building techniques and materials are among our highest priorities. So much so that your build, and our earnings are tied to them. Since every build we are contracted to build must pass one milestone before proceeding to the next, we are able to verify that your home is built to the highest standards in the industry.

Lighthouse Tiny Homes is a proud member of Bildsworth International. This oversight organization performs inspections at various steps along the way to insure your home is built right and that your investment in your home is protected by standards every builder should follow. Your needs determine which inspections organization is used to inspect your build. In every case however, we follow a general step by step procedure. These can be defined as completion milestones where we stop for inspection. Before proceeding, we must pass the inspection. These milestone inspections are listed below.
